What it is
A spray-applied thermal-acoustic conglomerate. It encapsulates the steel frame and the building services, forming a low-density monolithic element with fire and water resistance.
Three roles
- Cavity insulation with mass, on the warm side of the build-up.
- A continuous external thermal break, sprayed outside the Placner sheet.
- A direct tiling substrate in D.05 — no board, no furring.
Not stated
Fire classification, acoustic rating and compressive strength are in test. No value is published for them until a laboratory report exists.
